I just wanted to send you some feedback on our Sales Conference at your property.
It would be fair to say that choosing your property for a sales conference was a significant change after using Hotels and Lodges exclusively for 15 years and that decision was not taken lightly.
It would also be fair to say that we are now converted to your accommodation sector.
We found the facilities, conference room and accommodation, an easy match to any other conference venue we had previously used. The very relaxed atmosphere was a significant contrast to previous venues and was very much appreciated by our staff.
Your staff made the conference even more enjoyable with the friendly efficient service we received.
Of course planning conferences is always a challenge when it comes to budget but your prices were a very pleasant surprise.
We utilised the group kitchen to bring the team together and participate in creating meals while also having access to your recommended caterers, and there was plenty left in our budget for great wines, which I know our team enjoyed!
All of our Head office team and staff from around the country still talk about the conference and what a great event it was.
I want to thank you and your team for a very memorable and enjoyable conference and we look forward to seeing you again.
