Reservation Conditions at Lake Taupo TOP 10 Holiday Resort

Summer (Oct – April) 8.00am - 8.30pm
Winter (May – Sept) 8.00am - 8.00pm
Late Arrivals
If you anticipate arriving outside the above hours, please contact reception. We will arrange late arrival instructions and gate access for you.
Check IN is AFTER 2.00pm and Check OUT is BY 10.00am
We have a great team of housekeepers that pride themselves on their 5 stars for cleanliness.
Accounts
A deposit of the first nights’ tariff per unit / site booked, is required to confirm all reservations. Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Payment must be made for the full time booked. No reduction for early departure or late arrival.
Minimum stay periods / tariff apply in weekends, events, public and school holidays.
All tariffs are reviewed yearly. Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notice. Units / Sites are allotted at the discretion of management, who reserve the right to alter if necessary or cancel tenancy at any time. Reservations are a contract between Lake Taupo TOP 10 Holiday Resort and the person named on the reservation and is not transferable to any other person. This means that the named person must occupy the unit / site booked for the duration of the contract and is ultimately responsible / liable for all occupants and visitors’ behaviour and damage. For group bookings this means one person is ultimately responsible / liable for group behaviour and damage.
Damage
Management will charge additional costs for damages and / or additional cleaning required to resort property.
Cancellations
Deposits for bookings cancelled (less than 14 days prior to arrival in Low Season) or (less than 30 days prior to arrival in Mid / High / Peak Season) will not be refunded unless the units / sites you have booked can be refilled for the full time of your booking, less a $20 cancellation fee per unit / site cancelled. (This means if any one of your nights booked is left unfilled you will forfeit your deposit). A cancellation fee of $20 applies per night / site cancelled, to all cancelled bookings.
Alterations
Alterations can be made, subject to availability, and may require a unit / site change. An administration fee may apply. Management reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the alteration reduces the reservation below minimum requirements and cancellation penalties will apply. Alterations to the number of guests require management approval. No refund will be made should guests alter or leave for any reason before their reserved departure date.
Conduct & Noise
No Noise after 10.30pm or before 7.00am. The only exception is New Years Eve, which is 1.00am. To ensure all our guests have a great holiday, we expect commonsense and consideration to be shown at all times, to other guest, staff and management. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person and to remove from the resort any person, which in their opinion, does not conduct them self in a decent and reasonable manner. No refund will be made in such circumstances.
Group Bookings

Visitor Charges
Visitors are at the discretion of management at all times, but they are your responsibility and must depart before 10.00pm. A visitor fee applies and if not paid by your visitors, you will be liable. All visitors must register at Reception and all cars are to be left in the visitors’ car park. Due to the very busy Christmas / New Year Period, visitors may not be allowed.
