Pet Friendly
Pets are welcome most of the year (excluding Christmas – Waitangi Weekend) on our pet friendly sites. It is recommended to book these in advance as numbers are limited. Please call the office in advance to ensure there is a pet friendly spot available.
Swimming Pool
Swim in our pool in our summer months (24 to 29 degrees between Labour Weekend – Anzac Weekend) complete with a Manu rock and the “Ricochet” slide.
Thermal Pool
Enjoy our thermal water plunge pool (around 33-35 degrees) which is refreshed daily and a great spot to relax & chat.
Hot Tubs
We have two private hot tubs available to book at $15 for 45 mins, please see us in the office to book these.
Charli and Jack’s Coffee Shack
Barista made coffees & fruit smoothies. Open from 8am to 1pm daily.
Bike Station
Bike maintenance bay provided to clean & maintain your bikes ready for your next adventure.
Modern Kitchen and Indoor Dining
Jumping Pillow
We provide giant chess & Jenga in the communal zone. A basketball hoop + pétanque court is also available. Some tar sealed areas for bikes & scooters.

Outdoor BBQ’s and Communal Space
Two large gas bbq’s provided free to guests. A welcoming communal outdoor seating area provided with shade cloths + festoon lighting. A great spot for those warmer evenings.

Award winning facilities with modern tiled bathroom, heaters supplied in main block. Hair dryer & toddler tub available in ladies bathroom.
TV and Games Room
A modern comfortable space complete with in-built gas fireplace for cosy evenings watching our big screen TV. Games room has pool table, arcade game & plenty of couches to sit and read.
On-site Shop
A small selection of conveniences, ice cream & drinks for those forgotten items or that craving for a treat.
Free Wifi (Unlimited)
Free and unlimited Wi-Fi available around the whole park.
Family / Accessible Bathroom
This bathroom is suitable for guests with accessibility needs and young families, with a change table available in the main bathroom block.
Guest Laundry
The laundry is complete with washers and dryers. An iron and ironing board are provided, and clotheslines are available throughout the park.
Pedal Kart Hire
Enjoy our range of pedal Karts, available from the office for $5 per 30‑minute hire.

Talk to our friendly team in the office to book your must-see attraction/activity. We will happily book your onward travel to your next TOP10 destination.
Recycling Centre
We take recycling seriously and appreciate your help in using our rubbish and recycling centres. As part of the Taupō District, we follow Taupō District Council rules and guidelines. By separating and disposing of your rubbish and recycling correctly, you help keep the park clean and enjoyable for everyone.
